Northern Industrial Services Inc.(NIS) provides white glove assembly and testing for many electromechanical and high-purity vacuum system assemblies used for wafer handling in semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

Northern Industrial's skilled technicians are trained to repair and refurbish the assemblies we build for the semiconductor industry. Working with our clients, Northern will help develop, document (with rev control), and maintain testing procedures for assemblies we build and test for our clients.

NIS' capabilities include functional testing as well as vacuum leak testing on assemblies we manufacture. Vacuum testing is done utilizing a helium mass spectrometer. This testing verifies the seals meet our clients specifications this testing includes electrical and mechanical testing per your requirements.
